This Shipping and Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms and Conditions

• “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service. 
• “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us. 
• “Service” refers to the Website. 
• “Website” refers to aleatoriodesigns.com, accessible from https://aleatoriodesigns.com/ 
• “You” means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. 

Please carefully review our Shipping and Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us. Thank you for visiting and shopping at Aleatorio Designs The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy. 

2. Shipping Method and Processing

All Orders are shipped from Spain using the standard national and international tracked services offered by national postal service, Correos. Faster parcel shipping service or service for particularly large Orders (large quilts or multiple items) can be provided on request only, please contact Us via email or contact form for a quote.  

All regular Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Commissions can take several weeks to process, the exact processing time will depend on the size and complexity of the commission Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Our order processing cut-off time is 3 PM. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. If We are experiencing a high volume of Orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. For a more specific delivery ETA based on the exact item(s) You want to purchase, please contact Us via email or contact form before placing an Order.  

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Aleatorio Designs cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

• Orders over 1000 euros qualify for free shipping 

 4. Shipping Changes 

Shipping changes after an order is shipped, such as intercepts and address changes are not always possible. Aleatorio Designs reserves the right to deny a request at any time. 

5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email containing your tracking number(s) once the order has shipped. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Aleatorio Designs is not responsible for any customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (e.g., taxes, tariffs, VAT). Please check your country’s import guidelines before ordering. 

U.S. CUSTOMERS ONLY: Prices include tariffs from Spain to the U.S. (15%), You are responsible for any other taxes. 

8. Package Refusals 

If you choose to refuse your package, Aleatorio Designs may deduct all fees incurred from the refusal. These fees would be deducted from any refund owed, so that once the item is received and processed you will be refunded the total amount minus the Refusal/Return to Sender fees. This applies for domestic (Spain) and international orders.

11. International orders

In addition to everything in the general policy section above; the following additions pertain to international shipping:  

• We offer worldwide shipping 
• Prices are shown in Euros. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter. 
• Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices. 

12. Returns and Exchanges

You are responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges. 

International shipments should be marked as a “Merchandise Return” with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. You are responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.

13. Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including postal delays, customs processing, strikes, weather conditions, or other force majeure events. Aleatorio Designs shall not be held liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Aleatorio Designs. 

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

• “Goods” refer to the items offered for sale on the Service. 
• “Orders” mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us. 
• “Service” refers to the Website.

• “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. 

2. Your Order Cancellation Rights 

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. 

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the day after You received the Goods or the day after a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. 

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. 

3. Conditions for Returns 

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 

• The Goods were received in the last 14 days 
• The Goods are in their original state and the original packaging 
• The Goods aren`t used or damaged  
• The Goods must have the receipt or proof of purchase  

The following Goods cannot be returned: 

• The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized. 
• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. 
• The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. 
• The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. 

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law. 

4. Returning Goods 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. 

5. Return process 

To initiate a return process, please contact Us via email; aleatoriodesigns123@gmail.com or use Our contact form. After notifying Us, place the Goods securely in it`s original packaging and include your proof of purchase. 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, We will process your return as quickly as possible and within 3 days of receiving the Goods. We will notify You by email when your return has been processed.
