Description

MATERIALS & PROCESS

All my pieces are one of a kind. I work exclusively with second-hand fabrics, which means I never know exactly what materials I’ll find from month to month. This results in unexpected fabrics, colours, compositions, and moods, with each piece developing its own character.

Each colour block laptop case is made with a pieced or whole cloth outer layer, a lining, and a thin layer of batting to give it structure and softness.

The layers are quilted together for durability and finished with a hook and loop flap closure. I design my work with longevity in mind. These pieces are made to be durable, to be used, and to be cared for over time rather than replaced.

If needed, they can be mended or repaired, and each piece comes with a small selection of fabric scraps from its making, along with detailed care instructions.
