MATERIALS & PROCESS
All my pieces are one of a kind. I work exclusively with second-hand fabrics, which means I never know exactly what materials I’ll find from month to month. This results in unexpected fabrics, colours, compositions, and moods, with each piece developing its own character. Each fabric crossbody bag is made with a structured outer layer, a lining, and internal reinforcement to support everyday use. The pieces are machine pieced or whole cloth and finished with secure closures and comfortable straps.
I design my work with longevity in mind. These pieces are made to be durable, to be worn and used regularly, and to be cared for rather than replaced. If needed, they can be mended or repaired, and each piece comes with fabric scraps and care instructions to support future maintenance.
